Dear Adobe Support Team,
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card from Adobe, amounting to RM 143.64 on 09 March 2025. The transaction details are as follows:
• Date: 09 March 2025
• Amount: RM 143.64
• Transaction Reference: as attached
I do not recall subscribing to any Adobe services after deactivated my acc and I did not authorize this payment. Kindly assist me in identifying the source of this charge and process a refund if it was made in error. If there is an active subscription linked to my card, please cancel it immediately to prevent further deductions.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com to confirm you cancelled and all fees were paid. eg, subscribers with an annual plan paid monthly have a penalty (=1/2 the remaining months of their annual commitment) for early cancelation.
update this after checking.

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and found that you were getting charged for the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription associated with your account. The subscription is now canceled and the term will end on April 7, 2025.
