Hello,
I tried the Illustrator plan for free. I have now discovered that two payments have been deducted from me (one for 24.19 euros per month). I have to pay an extra 120 euros to cancel the plan. I used Adobe Illustrator once or twice during the trial period. I want a refund. What should I do?
Thanks

you might be stuck because you agreed to start a subscription unless you explicitly cancelled during your 14 day trial.
you can contact adobe support and make your plea. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

You gave Adobe your payment card details for billing purposes. If you had no intention of paying, you needed to cancel your order right away. Now there is a 50% termination fee to cancel. To avoid the fee, wait until your 12 month of service to cancel.
