Try the steps on the Logitech page. I did a Google search for "Adobe Partner Offer redemption portal"  and found this link:

APPLY A COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP TO A NEW OR EXISTING ADOBE ACCOUNT

After checkout, follow the link in your order confirmation email and choose the package that’s right for you on the Adobe Partner Offer redemption portal. Simply follow the instructions to apply the subscription in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Have you contacted Logitech's support team about how to integrate the Logitech MX Creative Console with Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications? Since this is a public forum, I would advice you not to share any offer code here while responding to my question.
