I was using Adobe premium for creative cloud and recent paid for my subscription, and about 45 mins ago I got mail that someone changed my email.

What should I do, will I be able to get back my account even without the premium if possible.

I am very panicked rn.

When I tried to login to my account I was not able to find one and had create new account with same Id.

I am sorry, @aqdas_8793 , but the only Adobe account that exists is the one that you are using to post to this public discussion forum. The other e-record.com accounts don't exist, so I would suspect someone is sending you a phising e-mail. Please make sure to report the e-mail to your provider.

I would encourage you to add a secondary e-mail account to help make sure you never loose access. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-email-address.html for more information. Since you are able to post to this public discussion forum, then it would appear that you have access to your account. If you are trying to access a different account, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html for information on how to request a password reset.

I checked my account, Now adobe login considered my email as a completely new mail id and I had to make a new account with the same email.

I'm frustrated with the support and that kind of replies Jeffrey. It's the second time I bump into that kind of reply. I kinda have the same story with aqdas_8793. My account got hacked and received 4 emails: 1. mail change 2. password change 3. phone removal 4. secondary mail removal. After that, apparently they changed the email again. The result was, no account under my email, or the hacker's one. But the subscription is valid, auto-renewable, except the fact that I (who pays it) cannot use it. Support elevated the ticket and it will take 5-7 working days to "investigate". 5-7 days without being able to work on my payed subscription. I know I will end up dispute the transaction on my bank and make a new subscription. It has happened before.
What I don't understant is, I have the invoices and a unique client number. I also have the credit card they charge the subscription to. Why can't they verify it's me but ask to have access to my account via my email? It's a wormhole.
