My Adobe account was closed with the warning "fake activity detected"

My Adobe Account, which I purchased annually, was closed with an email for no reason. Although I have been calling the attached phone number for 1 hour, I cannot reach anyone and there is no contact option for Turkey.
It is really a terrible situation.
How can I fix this situation?

there have been a lot of these recently. you'll still need to contact adobe support and then probably will need to wait a few days to get an answer/resolution. while waiting you can start a trial subscription (using another adobe id/email) but you'll need to remember to cancel that trial before you're charged (within 1 week would be best).
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hello,
Thank you for your response!
Twitter support said they couldn't help with this, but after talking to the AI for a while, I corresponded with a real representative who said I would be notified by email in 5-7 days, as you said.
I'm waiting for the result and I can share it with you here.
Honestly, I was very excited to receive your response email, but I haven't heard back from Adobe yet.
I hope the problem will be fixed.

a little bit more (perhaps) help/elaboration:
while waiting, you can start a trial subscription (with a different adobe id/email). BUT if your problematic subscription is restored, you must remember to cancel that trial (preferably) within 7 days, or you'll have have two subscriptions when that trial becomes a paid subscription. if the problematic subscription is cancelled permenently, you'll have a different subscription (if you don't cancel). purchasing directly from adobe.com (https://creative.adobe.com/plans), assures a legal vendor.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

and email option. Personally, I have a hard time with bots and AI, and I
know how frustrating it is when you want a problem handled immediately.
But both those
Options allow you to include any written materials to back up your story.
Also, I would go through my emails very carefully because they have always
sent me email/text notifications, and so perhaps they sent an email asking
for you to clarify some personal information, you missed seeing it, so they
took that action..
My understanding is that technocriminals are using AI so we are all going
to have to be more vigilant.
