My Bill suddenly went up

I'm a student from India and was paying 1596.54 Rupees (21.30 Dollars) monthly. Last payment was done on January 10th 2022 and now when im checking my next bill which is on Feb 10th 2022, It shows i need to pay 2394.22 Rupees (31.93 Dollars) 

Why suddenly my bill went up?

Was last year your first year of subscription? Students and teachers get a discounted rate versus what individuals or businesses pay, but everyone gets a discount for the first year.

 

You are now paying the normal student rate as opposed to the discounted first year of subscription student rate.

Yes, last year in feb was the first month of my creative cloud.
