My Credit Card Is Not Accepted

I have been trying to buy an annual plan for 5 days. I tried to shop with 5 different credit cards from 3 different banks, but Adobe still did not accept my credit card.

 

In my conversation with the bank employees, they said that my credit card is open to international shopping and there is no problem. I can already shop from different platforms abroad.

 

I changed my membership, I changed the location where I have internet connection. I talked to customer representatives for 5 days. I still could not buy an annual plan.

 

I am having serious problems. Please help. After the purchase, a message is returned saying ''The transaction may fail for a variety of reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.''

All Adobe partners in Turkey offer support for corporate sales. You cannot buy individually. It is very interesting that a company like Adobe cannot provide a solution to such a problem. There are many users on the internet who have problems like me. I do not think the solution is to direct them to partners.

I have been talking to customer representatives since the day I had the problem. They send me a link to add my credit card information. I add my credit card information through this link, but they say it is not accepted and that I should add a different card. I tried 5 different credit cards in this way, but still no results.
