My credit card was wrongfully charged by Adobe!

Adobe attempted to charge my credit card and the description in the statement says "subscription payment" but I have no active subscriptions with Adobe. I have not been a client for a few years now.

Please see images!

Why is this happening?!?! How can I contact Adobe representative directly regarding this issue?!?!

Are you certain you or a family member don't have another account under a different email?

if adobe has/had the same credit card info, check with adobe support before contacting the credit card issuer.

if adobe never had this info, contact the credit card issuer asap

Do you have a family member who has physical access to your credit card?

You also need to contact the theft/fraud department at your credit card company
