my license doesnt work

Hi, I have bought adobe and I have my id but it doesnt work. So I'm 100 euro less and dont have photoshop. I'm really pissed. How do I fix this?

What did you pay for (not "Adobe", they make hundreds of apps)? Who did you pay? And above all what happens? Please give any error messages in full.

Did you purchase Photoshop Elements 2021 by any chance?

• Did you get the confirmation email from Adobe?
• Assuming your computer meets the PSE min-requirements, did you download and install it yet?
• Did you enter the serial number that starts with 1057?
• Did you restart your computer after installing?
