If you look closer, this is most likely referring to is Adobe Express (formerly Adobe Spark). The Photography plan used to include the full version of Express (Spark) and now includes the starter version.

Nothing has changed with Photoshop itself; you still have the full version. The way this is worded has confused a number of users who have emailed us for clarification.

If you still aren't positive, post the email (redacting personal info), but I am sure this is what you are seeing.

What exactly does the full email say? Does it mention Creative Cloud Express?

Earlier this year, Adobe issued an email saying that Creative Cloud Express will change from the previously included Premium version to the Starter version. If you don't use Creative Cloud Express then the change wouldn't affect you.

if you have a plan administered by someone else (eg, school), contact the plan's administrator.

otherwise, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
