My subscription plan is not visible in my student account
Last month, I inquired about cancelling my trial for Creative Cloud and I was unsuccessful to cancel my subscription before the trial ends. Now, I realized that the issue is bigger than that.
I'm going to list what I've found concisely.
- I cannot contact Adobe Support and I have no access to the Adobe Admin Console.
- My subscription plan to the Creative Cloud is not visible in my student account.
- There are no activated devices listed in my account from my side
- I'm locked out of using Lightroom and Photoshop, hence I cannot use any apps from the Creative Cloud subscription.
I can provide the order number from my transaction in March, if I can get direct line to a Adobe Support representative. I won't share my order number in the community forum. I want to be able to see my subscription plan in my account.
