My subscription was cancelled without requesting a cancellation
I have renewed my Creative Cloud plan which includes all the apps on 3 June 2024. On 27th October, I recieved a mail from Adobe stating thet my subscription was cancelled whereas I have requested no such cancellation. I would like to talk to a customer service representative to further gain clarity on the situation since I have already paid the annual fee amount and I wish to reactivate the plan without having to pay any additional amount. I have attached a screenshot of the mail I have recieved.
