My subscription was just canceled

My subscription to the photography package was canceled, 9 days after joining. Although I had subscribed for a year, with monthly payment. I received a letter in the mail that my account was allegedly involved in some fraudulent actions. Although, of course, there were no such actions. What kind of fraudulent actions can there be with an Adobe account? Technical support says only that nothing can be done, go to the bank and dispute your payment there. They don't explain what the fraudulent actions are "because of the privacy policy". Well, how to understand it at all?

I've been in touch with customer service. I, as well as several of my acquaintances were told that this is a fraudulent action and no details. The funds were automatically returned to my card today, although yesterday they said I had to dispute it with the bank. But the thing is that I do not know how I can now make a new subscription, if it can simply be canceled after 10 days without explanation.

Refund has been completed because the subscriptio got cancelled within 14days. This is Adobe's policy. We hope you can understand that if there had been any fraudulent activity occurred related to your account, then this must be some precautionary measure that must have been taken.

However, more info can only be taken from Adobe support team or your bank.

We'd advice you to contact them.

Shivangi

@Evgeniy33195363mwkr this is a user-to-user forum so I'm not sure what help you can get here. Anything would be mostly  guesses as to what would have flagged your account so quickly.

The main thing is that this problem should be in the public eye, maybe they will do something about it. Although I'm pretty sure they will delete this post. It's just that some people I know have exactly the same problem, and no one can figure out what's wrong.

Doubtful they will delete a post like this without reaching out first to explain why. If you know others who have the same problem that is seriously odd and you should have them chime in here.
