Hi, I could use some help. If there is anyone in here from Adobe, this would probably be best.
My college is migrating our emails this weekend, and my email address (and thus my login ID) is being changed, but is not yet active.
I went in and signed up for a paying student/teacher education account, using the older email address. AI will not allow me to access cloud docs because I'm on a free seven-day plan. I cancelled this, went in and purchased a new account, paying up front, and it is still saying "Not able to access cloud documents."
Anyone know a workaround for this. Does Adobe have a chat support system?
Thank You.

Only Customer Care has access to accounts.
Please contact them here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Chat is in the bottom right. You need to enable popups in your browser.
They might only be available tomorrow, since it's the weekend.
