I've placed an order for an additional Acrobat Pro license (which worked???) but now get an alert that "action required" and the "order has not been placed by your account manager at Adobe". I've taken over for someone who left the company and is no longer available. How do I find out who the account manager is?
And why is this so difficult?!?!
