new adobe account not view membership is visible in the application

Hello Adobe team.
My Adobe plan that I purchased in 2018 is managed by Digital River. I received an email on 25.02.2025 stating that it was cancelled and I purchased a new subscription from adobe.com on 27.02.2025. Now when I open the application, I receive a warning message saying that I do not have an active subscription. Screenshots are attached.
Please ensure that my active membership is visible in the application.
