I recently canceled my old mobile Lightroom subscription (which is still active until June 5) and purchased a new plan that includes desktop Lightroom for Mac. However, when I open Lightroom, it still shows that I’m using the mobile version.
The payment for the new plan hasn’t been charged yet, but I would like to start using it now on my Mac.
Could you please help me activate the new subscription right away, or let me know what I need to do to make Lightroom recognize the correct plan?
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @intelligent_amazement5E2F,
Thank you for reaching out.
Upon checking, I can only see a Lightroom Mobile subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. As you mentioned that you’ve purchased a new plan that includes the desktop version, could you please confirm whether it was purchased using the same Adobe ID?
If it was, please visit https://adobe.ly/43qsFW3 to check whether the new plan is listed under “Plans & payment.”
If the new plan isn’t showing up, it may be because the payment hasn’t been processed yet, and the subscription hasn’t been activated on your account.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
