  Buon giorno,

sul mio ADBE ACCOUNT nonostante ho cliccato su attivazione delle newsletter ed iu sistema mi conferma il flag verde di attivazione, appena esco e rientro sul muo adobe account trovo tutte le newsletters DISATTIVATE.

Si prega di correggere questo errore sulla pagina del profilo ADOBE -PREFERENZE DI COMUNICAZIONE - NEWSLETTER.

i know we speak different languages and maybe there's a translation problem.  but you've already been told how to report the problem.

 

you can also try adobe support but that's less likely to lead to a  solution than my previous suggestion.

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

Sto segnalando qualcosa che riguarda il sito internet di ADOBE. Penso che la mia segnalazione debba essere girata a chi di competenza e non importa quale newsletter voglio attivare.

Siete una community di supporto e dovete seganlare il BUG descritto ai tecnici di ADOBE

you'll need to contact someone from adobe.

Sto segnalando qualcosa che riguarda il sito internet di ADOBE. Penso che la mia segnalazione debba essere girata a chi di competenza e non importa quale newsletter voglio attivare.

Siete una community di supporto e dovete seganlare il BUG descritto ai tecnici di ADOBE

Ripeto: se metto i flags su "Attiva newsletter" nessun flag riamane attivo ma si toglie al successivo login al profilo personale.

Se utilizzo il link che mi avete fornito mi dice di contattare la community.

Penso che dovete segnalare il problema Voi.

Altre volte è intervenuto qualcuno che ha dato risposte tecniche ed ha girato le mie segnalazioni AL SUPPORTO TECNICO

Vi prego di segnalare la anomalia descritta che riguarda il NON funzionamento dei FLAG NEWSLETTER:

Se si selezionano i flags su "Attiva newsletter" nessun flag riamane attivo ma si toglie al successivo login al profilo personale.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Vi ascoltiamo. Ci scusiamo per il problema. Quello che @kglad  cerca di dirti è che dovrai contattare l'assistenza clienti Adobe per trovare una soluzione a questo problema. Quando abilito una newsletter, questa rimane abilitata anche quando lascio la pagina.
