I asked for the cancellation of my subscription today after the 7 days of trial, but the support system says that I have no active plans. If there are no active plans, then how was I charged that amount??

if you cancelled within the past few days, the refund is probably still being processed, and you should wait until, at least, 3 business days pst, have past.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
