Hello, I have already talked with Sheer ID in the beginning of January. They refer me to Adobe support. On the phone number provided I am told: No call possible on this number. Probably because I am from Germany and there is no country code.
I am a lecturer in media design here in Germany. At Sheer-ID I sent in my fee contract with the educational institute to reduce the costs. Sheer-ID then confirmed it to me and said I should receive a confirmation email from Adobe. Unfortunately, I have not received one until today. Neither on my normal account, nor in the spam folder was a mail to find.
Now my perk is supposed to expire and I have to upload something again by 12.02, but it's already there, according to Sheer-ID.
So how can I proceed now?
