No he recibido mi rembolso hasta la fecha

Tengo una queja el 8 de agosto cancele adobe ilustration y hasta ahora no me rembolsan cancele Photoshop tbn ya paso 11 días y nada que ver el reembolso, converse con él área técnica y no me dan una solución. Espero su respuesta
