No notification of a refund
I cancelled my adobe creative cloud subscription on 27th February, and was supposed to get a refund as I cancelled on the 14th day, its been a whole week and I haven't received a refund.

I understand that you wish to get the refund. Please wait for 7-10 busness days as I see that the refund was initiated on the same day.
Also, make sure you contact your bank in case there is any delay in the refund as we have already processed it from our end.
