No option to change Payment method
So i recently lost my credit card and i got a new one, i had to change all my bills. When I went to my account, and no option appears to be present so i can change it. Yes, i checked 3 time show to change my credit card but that option isnt there. Also apparently i have the "free trial" version, when in reality i have the student plan, and i can confirm it is not "free". My billing info shows every month Im being charged for the service. And i have gotten the warning notification saying i need to pay or else ill get blocked from using the programs...i called costumer support 20 times, chat 100 times...no one answers......5 hr wait...please anyone...help!
