NO REFUND BEFORE 2 WEEKS PERIOD
Hi everyone,
I need some help with an issue. On April 23rd, I noticed that my free trial had expired and I was charged £47.99 for a subscription. I immediately canceled it, and now there’s nothing showing under my account except the invoice for £47.99.
I haven’t received a refund or any confirmation of the cancellation. Under the “Plans” tab, there’s nothing listed, and the main page only gives me the option to renew the plan.
What should I do next?
