Non genuine adobe app/redemption code

Hello,

 

Several days ago I've received an email stating that fraud prevention specialists (is that where my money is going to?) have identified that my redemption code has been identified as a fraudulent behavior and I have 5 days left for my subscription. I've got a subscription to full adobe creative pack. I have had subscription since July 9th of 2021 for a full year till July 2022. And after 6 months I get this email. 

 

My first issue is trying to contact support in adobes website. For the love of my life I cannot find. Everytime I try to open up live chat I just get redirected to the sections with all the posts about common issues. Tried over the phone. Same result. What a headache.

 

Has anyone encountered this before? Could anyone recommend me anything in this case?

Sounds like a phishing scam. I get plenty of those. They commonly impersonate Adobe and other major vendors trying to scare you with wild claims.

 

Was the email from an adobe.com domain?

No it genuine with SPF Pass, DKIM Valid, DKIM signed.

I don't believe 90% of what I receive in emails. Most of it is bogus.

 

If your online Adobe account shows an active subscription and your payment details are current, you can ignore that email. It was probably sent by an impostor pretending to be Adobe.

If you still need customer support assistance, use another web device with a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
