I am using the trial version before subscribing to the original Photoshop 2021 product with student discounts. I entered regular deposit information and installed the software through a Creative Cloud service, but a pop-up window for non-genuine consumers continues to appear. Who should I consult with? How can it be fixed?

You probably have old or outdated Adobe apps like Flash Player, Shockwave or Acrobat on your system that need to be removed. Run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove them.
