Not able to change lightroom plan

That Lightroom CC classic is NOT included in an lightroom plan and that it is not possible to change the plan is really bad politic by Adobe. 
After 10 years of using lightroom i will now switch to Luminar.

Of course you can change plans.  What you want is the Photography Plan for USD $10/month (includes Photoshop CC, LR CC and LR Classic + 20GB of Creative Cloud Storage, Free Adobe Portfolio/Behance website, other mobile apps & online services.)  See link below for details.
