Why does not there annual subscription only monthly in Premiere Pro?

You can subscribe monthly and pay monthly or subscribe annually and pay annually or subscribe annually and pay monthly:

When you subscribe to a plan you may choose annual with monthly payments, or annual with one payment each year, or the monthly plan that costs more but you may cancel at the end of any subscription period https://creative.adobe.com/plans

Thanks for the explantion. At the beginning I choosed monthly payment but later I changed the mind I want to pay annualy but I cannot find out the way.

I don't think you can change payments while a subscription is active... but ask support
