I pay monthly for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. However when I tired acesssing Illustrator today, I realized I was locked out of acessing apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premire Pro, Dreamweaver, and more despite these apps being a part of my plan.
I checked my plan and saw that the apps I don't have access to don't show up as part of my plan. Then I tried buying Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB again and it told me I already owned it. So what happned?
I literally had access to them yesterday and I'm unsure of what to do or how to gain access back. I'm still being billed monthly.

Please see https://adobe.ly/4bWvuz4 for information on how to use the account chooser to switch between accounts. You may also want to verify that your educational institution does not offer its own Creative Cloud plan for you to purchase. If that is the case, they may have blocked access to individual plans on their network and devices.
