I pay monthly for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. However when I tired acesssing Illustrator today, I realized I was locked out of acessing apps like Photoshop,  Illustrator, Premire Pro, Dreamweaver, and more despite these apps being a part of my plan.

I checked my plan and saw that the apps I don't have access to don't show up as part of my plan. Then I tried buying Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB again and it told me I already owned it. So what happned?

I literally had access to them yesterday and I'm unsure of what to do or how to gain access back. I'm still being billed monthly.

Finally, if you want to change the

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
