not in student plan

so i am a student of 3d animation, and bought the student plan to do some texsture work as well as editing my film, and i am trying to use substance and it tells me its not in the plan! is there anyone i can talk to? how can i use it without paying for the full program which costs to much for a student

students and teachers can use the substance 3d collection free, https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/#faq

 

for others, https://www.adobe.com/products/substance3d/compare-plans.html

 

and, as already mentioned the cc all apps subsubscription (despite its name), does not include substance 3d. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/all-apps.html#cc-see-whats-included
