Notice: Expiring payment method !!

Hello, I get this message from time to time, the reason is that my bank card has expired. I didn't notice when I signed up that it was going to end soon, but I already signed up for an annual plan a couple of months ago.
And now in the message it tells me that if I don't update the card the service will be cut off! How is that ! I paid an advance amount to get the service and what if the card is updated from the bank and I don't want to update it on the website

Note: I tried to update my card information, but I always get problems, so I decided to continue and take advantage of the remaining months that are more than 9 months, and I will not care about adding a new card or solving this problem until the end of the subscription. Or I may change my mind and not renew my subscription again 🙂

The question here is, will the service really stop? It is also mentioned in the email sent to me

    your subscription will not end prior to your renewal date. it should end on your renewal date.

     

    you can confirm with adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

    I'm having the same problem. I have everything paid in advance, I have all paid for the next 10 months, and I've been bombarded with emails from Adobe intimidating me to replace my credit card. It's very suspicious. At first I thought it was a fraudulent email, phishing or something, but seems to be real.

     

    Anyway, it doesn't seem legal, I have payment proof. I already thought in blocking that Adobe email probably there's a way to just disable it. What can I do to solve this?

    your subscription will continue until its end, but unless you cancel, it will try to auto renew and at that point your payment problem will become an adobe problem.  to avoid that, adobe will periodically "remind" to fix that payment problem.

    I would understand that if I was paying monthly. But I pay annually. My next payment is in 10 months, why are they intimidating me to already add a new credit card? I have other annually bills like this and usually I get notifications one or two months before, not intimidations 10 months before. I can't find any excuse for this to be happening and naturally it just makes me feel suspicious. If I have everything paid until the next year why's Adobe so anxious for a new credit card already? I really can't understand.
