Me hicieron un cobro por un plan que cancele anteriormente y no me hicieron un reembolso pasado, quiero hablar con alguien

Quiero la cancelación del plan y mis reembolsos!! No estoy dispuesto a pagar por la canceleracion!! Es una grosería!
