finally, there are 3 ways to contact adobe and one is by phone:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

NENHUM NUMERO EM PORTUGAL ESTA DISPONIVEL. NÃO DA PARA LIGAR!!!

COMO É QUE UM SERVIÇO DESTES NÃO TEM UM NÚMERO DE TELEFONE ATIVO E NÃO PERMITE AOS CLIENTES LIGAR? INADMISSIVEL.

NÃO CONSIGO LIGAR PARA NINGUÉM DA ADOBE. pRECISO DE FALAR COM UM TÉCNICO. CANCELARAM A MINHA CONTA E NÃO CONSIGO TER ACESSO AOS PROGRAMAS, SENDO QUE AS FATURAS QUE TEMOS PAGO NÃO APARECEM NA CONTA. ÚLTIMA FATURA OAGA FOI DIA 28 DE OUTUBRO. 

AGRADEÇO QUE ME LIGUEM URGENTEMENTE

ESTOU MUITO INSATISFEITA COM ESTE SERVIÇO.
