Offer available to loyal customers or only new customers?

A friend signed up to a monthly plan recently and is getting all apps for £30.34/mo where as I have been with you a while and still pay £49.94/mo. How do I get the same offer?

Like most companies with subscriptions, there are special deals to get people to sign up for the first time. In Adobe's case they are for a year, and only for new customers.
