OFFER: "The next 60 days of Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB are on us"???

Firstoff, I don't do graphics stuff for a living.

About a year ago, I had a short-term personal project to do and got deceptively signed up for a plan I thought was "month to month."

---When I tried to cancel, I was told that it was an annual plan and that cancellation would still have me pay for the remaining months--- so I stayed the course.

---The annual date is approching and today, as I'm cancelling, I see this offer for, "The next 60 days of Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB are on us."

I'm an advocate of the consumer, so if I click on this, will I be LOCKED in for another year, but this time at the new inflated rate of $34.95???

Thanks for your help!

It's a retention offer to keep you from cancelling your plan. If you're not interested in signing up for another year of service, don't accept the FREE offer.   Just close and cancel as you originally intended.

Thanks for posting your question, Michaelm. The offer in your screenshot appears to provide a 60-day credit if you continue with your annual plan. Once those 60 days are complete, you will be charged the monthly rate for the annual membership. If you want to continue a plan without a cancellation fee, you will want to switch to a month-to-month plan.

You can find more information on the different plan types at https://adobe.ly/4iuz9bg. If you decide to switch to a monthly plan, then see https://adobe.ly/3FqKydC for more information. ^JW

you probably started a trial for a monthly paid annual subscription.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
