No.  Elements 11 is discontinued and no longer sold.  And please DO NOT ask for a free serial number again.  That's a violation of Adobe's Terms of Use policy.  The Elements 11 ship has sailed.

Adobe sell Elements 2021 and no older versions. They don't make them for anyone else to sell, so if you find old copies on sale they are probably a fake. Why do you ask?
