    Use a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

    Log-in with your Adobe ID (email) and password.

     

    Failing that, call customer support M-F during normal business hours.

    Adobe sell Elements 2021 and no older versions. They don't make them for anyone else to sell, so if you find old copies on sale they are probably a fake. Why do you ask?

    most forums have an area of ones account that is private. that is where it would be.

    adobe does not seem to have that
