One off payment

Why don't Adobe offer a one-off payment for their software rather than monthly payments? It's so frustrating.

For someone like me, who only uses Photoshop and InDesign occasionally, it would be so much better to pay a one-off fee for the software and be done with it.

It's just so expensive to pay monthly.

You can prepay annually for Creative Cloud. Or pay more for a month-to-month plan and cancel when you're not using it.  Your choice.

The only software Adobe sells by single purchase is Elements.  Everything else is by subscription.

Photoshop Elements or Premier Elements (approx $100, no subscription needed).

Affinity Publish is a modern alternative to InDesign.  I don't think it's as good as InDesign CC but for infrequent use, it might be all you need.

Ok, thank you for your response Nancy.

That's fair enough.

This is a public forum, not Adobe... nobody here has any say in how Adobe sells anything

Elements is a one time purchase http://www.adobe.com/products/elements-family.html

Ok that's good to know.

I tried to find an Adobe email address to email my feedback to privately, but couldn't, so have posted on here in the hope that someone can explain to me why Adobe don't offer a one off payment for their products anymore.

I just want to buy the product outright like you used to be able to.
