ChrisKingPhoto, an annual Creative Cloud membership, can be offline for up to 99 days.  I did review the activation history for your account, and I see an excessive amount of activations coming from one of your computers.  As a recent example, one of the computers attempted to activate five times on January 6th.  This is most unusual, and the likely cause is the activation files on the computer being damaged or modified, thus requiring a new activation request to be sent.  While you are online, this is no problem, but if the files are damaged while you are offline, then you would be unable to use your CC applications until a new activation request is made successfully.

ChrisKingPhoto, I would recommend reviewing the settings for any software or utility that is installed on the computer and can affect the files on the computer.  If you are unsure if a particular security utility is causing the problem, then I would please try temporarily disabling the software to see if the excessive amount of activation requests are reduced.
