Only need a few apps + Stock assets

Does anyone have any recommendations for plans I should purchase when I only need a few apps + monthly Adobe Stock assets?

My company currently subscribes to the Adobe for Teams full Creative Cloud plan, but we are only using Acrobat, Stock & some Photoshop consistently in a given week. These are an absolute must-have. We'd like to find a more cost-effective plan that includes these things but I'm having a hard time figuring out what would be the best option. Thanks in advance!
