Order cancellation

I've been subscribed to Premiere Pro, but now I'd like to cancel my subscription. However, every time I enter https://account.adobe.com/plans and click the cancel subscription button, then type in my password, I get an infinite loading screen. After that, I get an infinite loading screen every time I try access account.adobe.com.

 

I can't find an email address or any way to contact adobe support. Can anyone help me?
