Our prepaid bill suddenly doubled

Dear Adobe

our organisation PROFO has had the Creative Cloud all apps for some years. Yesterday I used Adobe and got the message that our payent did not pass since the card was not valid (though it still was). We added another new card and the payment passed. To our surprise, the amount was suddenly doubled (from €362,75 to €780,74) and we got the message that we could no longer get a discount. How is this possible all of sudden? We are a small non-profit and got the discount because of this and our work with youngsters. Why did Adobe cancel the discount?

it isn't specified, so I think it's an individual and not Team or Enterprise. But again, all those years we paid a much much smaller amount and from one moment to another it more than doubles.

then you'll need to await an adobe employee to inform you to contact adobe support.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Preventie, sorry for any confusion regarding your bill. Did you post to this public discussion forum with the account associated with the charge? I can confirm that your subscription for several years is still active. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3E4lngo to access your invoices to confirm any recent charges. ^JW
