Hi,
I am a teacher and am on a teacher plan for Adobe.
I usually pay $21.99 per month but in December this year (2022), I was charged $43.99.
I tried to call your customer service number (800 833 6687) but it says it is not a valid number.
Can you please help me understand why I was charged double the amount in this one month?
Thanks.

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and check if your plan was just got renewed. You may need to confirm your teacher's status again. Likewise, you may see in your account a possible second subscription, like stock. You should cancel that, if it wasn't meant to stay there. If you have questions about your account and payment status, contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
