Renewed my subscription today, bought the annual PS plan, yet i don't have any active plans in my account. So annoying, deadline aproaches and i can't deliver the product because of this. Support said, wait few business days. I'm not expecting any solution here, just wanted to share my negative experience with the service, which on top is now even more expensive.

I went to my plans and products- they are listed with no issue. Please ensureyou are logged into your account with your correct credentials. Myself for example: If I log in with my school credentials (as a teacher)- I see totally different things than when I log in with my personal account.

ie, use the same login as the email that received your subscription confirmation.

I see you have an active Creative Cloud Photography plan under the same ID as with this community. The payment for the plan is pending. I would suggest you to login to your Adobe account: https://adobe.ly/4ivANsD and see what issue si with the payment. Hope this helps.
