Paid the Acrobat pro dc and get the confirmation but the product is not in my Adobe account.

Hi. I Have paid the Acrobat Pro DC and received a confirmation email. The annual subscription fee also taken from the credit card. But I can not see any product in my Adobe account or anywhere else to download. 

The purchase was made through Adobe Turkish store with a Turkish company credit card. I am attaching the confirmation email. I work for that company and the purchase was made to my Adobe account email as you can see from that email. 

Could you please help me to locate my product.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

I have followed it. But it didn't change. I have nothing purchased in my account.
