I have subscribed adobe membership free trail  after first month they start charging for £19.97 monthly then i have canceled with agent on chat but after around 12 or  months i have seen my bank statement and they are keep charging £19.97 . Now i want to cancel the menebership from cencelation link they say there will  early cancellation membership fee of £79 . There support agents not available on phone and they have not given any phone number to contact them directly which is quite strange . Now i have to pay £79 to get rid of useless membership which i have already cancelled  and i am already paying for 14 months of a emebership which i subscribed only for one month.
Can anyone suggest how i csan refund my money back of memebrship which i have only subscribed as free trail later i cancel it but adobe is keep chariging ?

Hi @Laieq34438978kkql,

We appreciate you reaching out. Free trial lasts only for 7days. It appears there is some confusion here. As per your account info, your account is active from last 1 year 3 months and 10days.

It is highly unlikely to get a refund for a scenario like this.

Did you contact our support team?

Let us know.

Regards,

Shivangi

you'll need to contact adobe support.  because of holidays, their hours may be more limited than usual.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
