Hello Dear Adobe Employees! I have a payment question! I activated my student license Adobe Creative Cloud for 19,50€, thats okay.. but from 8. 10. 2022 im paying 23,99€ monthly for something i dont know why?? first payment was 10.8.2022 with title Adobe Il Cloud Trial, then 8.11 and 8.12 it is Adobe Il Creative Cloud... but i dont even have it in my purchased orders in Adobe, so i cant cancel it, so im paying 19,50€ + 24€ every month.. why?! please, i want just my Student license Adobe Creative Cloud for 19,50€, not the second one for 24€... PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM asap!

these are user forums.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hi there,

Happy to help!

I understand that any unknown charges could be frustrating however, we have checked your account and we see that you have only one active subscription under the email address associated with the community for which you are charged EUR 19.50.

Please log in to the Adobe account and you should be able to see all the active plans.

https://account.adobe.com/

Also, since this is a community forum and we will not be able to discuss any account or refund related issues, we would request you to connect with the Adobe Customer support via chat or on the phone as suggested above.

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Rashmi Swain

again, contact adobe support.  even adobe employees like @Rashmi27002770wxve can say nothing about your account details in this public forum.
