Hi Team Abode,
I am writing to express my disappointment about a recent deduction made fromy bank account of INR. 1645 towards the subscription of Abode Pro. I had signed up for the free trial and due to which there was account information requested from me. According to the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, everytime a merchant deducts money from customers account, a prior intimation has to be given to the customer in form of email, sms, etc so that he/she can opt out. I was not provided any sort intimation about the deduction of the payment.
I would request you to initiate the refund as I do not intend to avail your services. Pls let me know how to move forward or I'll be left with no recourse but to file an online complaint

Hi @shashwat_8697,
You are required to cancel the plan explicitly or else the trial is converted into a charged plan automatically. See the link below
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/billing-faq.html
Now you have 14 days to cancel without a cancellation fees and get a refund so if you are in that period do cancel and you would get a refund. For details on how does cancellation and refund works check the following article
