Hi, I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud for almost fourteen years now. I was paying for the Photoshop and Lightroom package via my debit card all this time with no issues and suddenly, I have been getting email after email saying that I can't be billed. I don't understand what the issue seems to be. There is nothing wrong with my card nor my account. Please help! I am based in India.

>using Adobe Creative Cloud for almost fourteen years now

Hmm... CS6 was in 2012 + 14 = 2026 so fourteen years doesn't seem right to me

Apologies. A mistake in semantics: I was using Adobe Photoshop for a period of time before switching to Creative Cloud.
