I got a payment failed notification in the creative cloud app yesterday morning because my CC changed. I updated the payment info and it charged the new card. Despite this, it keeps sending payment failed notifications. Does anyone know how I can get this to stop or talk to someone who can make it stop?

Another thread suggested quitting and restarting Creative Cloud so, given it was the easiest first step, I tried it and it worked.

you need to contact with adobe support per @John T Smith's message.  also, heed that warning because you're a candidate for scammers contacting you.

@john_p_galvin

excellent.  thanks for the solution.

for others, resetting the cc app also would have worked.  to reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
